Department Office Hours - The Department's office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Change of Academic Schedule - For the spring 2010 semester, the last day to change your academic program without a formal request is Friday, February 5, 2010.

Graduation Deadlines - To apply for fall 2010 graduation, applications must be submitted by March 5, 2010. For spring 2011 or summer 2011 graduation, students must apply before July 9, 2010.

CSUN's 14th Annual Student Research & Creative Works Symposium - The Office of Graduate Studies is holding their annual symposium where students will be presenting oral and poster presentations of their research or creative activities including music, art and theater. 2010 Scholarships from Sacramento Press Club - SPC is offering five scholarships ranging from $2,500 to $6,000 to journalism students who will be juniors, seniors or graduate students in the 2010-2011 academic year. Eric Breindel Collegiate Journalism Award - The Eric Breindel Memorial Foundation is offering a prize of $10,000, plus a paid internship at Fox News Channel, The Wall Street Journal, or the New York Post. Residential housing will be provided to the winner for the duration of the internship position, if necessary. The internship must begin within one year of the announcement. Americas Journalism Training Summer Program - AJT Summer Program runs from May 18, to Aug. 9, 2010 and offers students academic credit as well as a Summer internship in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

BBC Worldwide Productions – BBC Worldwide Productions is seeking an intern to work with their team on new productions and development.
