New! Print - The Associated Press is seeking students in print, photo, graphics and multimedia to intern at their site. Interns will have the opportunity to cover breaking news stories that may be featured in numerous media outlets, and work in an AP bureau under the supervision of a trainer. Applicants must be full-time juniors, seniors or graduate students. This paid internship will start between mid-May and mid-June, depending on the students availability. Interested candidates must submit a cover letter and resume, including your expected graduation date, five to seven clips or CDs of multimedia work, two reference letters, at least one form a professor or faculty adviser on school letterhead, and a 300-word autobiographical essay explaining, "The Associated Press seeks to recruit and retain a workforce that embodies a wide range of talents, experiences, achievements and journalistic skills. Please describe the qualities and accomplishments you would bring to the company."
