New! Broadcast - The International Radio Television Society Foundation, Inc. is offering a nine-week expense paid fellowship for Summer 2011. The fellowship will take place in New York. Fellows will have the opportunity to gain real world experience and will be able to network with industry professionals, take related field trips, and attend panels, lectures and group discussions. Students must be juniors, seniors, or graduate students at the time of application. Students must submit their application by Dec. 1.

New! Public Relations - Shepley-Winings Public Relations, Inc., a public relations and marketing agency, is offering a part-time or full-time internship. The internship will start in Jan. 2011. Some responsibilities for the position include: managing inbound calls, creating media alerts, drafting new releases for projects, general filing and management of archival material as appropriate. Sports - The Asian American Journalist Association and The Associated Press Sports Editor is offering a nine-week sports internship followed by a paid internship at a print, digital or electronic media. Applicants must be of sophomore, junior or senior standing. Candidates will be selected on the bases of academic achievement, demonstrated interest in sports journalism as a career and excellence on the required essay.
