Magazine Internship - Southern California Life, a multi-platform nationally distributed travel and lifestyle magazine with an editorial focus on the region of Southern California, is looking for an intern to work in our Westlake Village office two days a week. The intern will be helping with research upcoming events around the Southland for our "calendar" section, copy editing pages in the magazine, possibly writing a story and/or covering events and helping with our social media.

The internship would be for 11 hours per week, January - May 2015.  This is an unpaid internship - college credit only.

If the intern meets the prerequisites, he/she can email a resume to Janine Goldberg and note "SCLM Intern" in the subject line.

Newsroom Internship - CNBC is offering a paid spring internship at its Los Angeles Bureau, located in Universal City, CA. Interested students should apply ASAP as placements are made on a first-come first-serve basis.

VPAC InternshipVPAC is launching a new internship program in the spring semester.  We will offer 3 internships, each of which has the benefit of a full tuition scholarship.   Creating this internship was a 6-month process, and I’m indebted to William Watkins and his team in the financial aid and scholarship office for helping us make this happen.

I have attached a flyer with the internship details.  The program is campus-wide, and VPAC will provide mentorship and supervision directly from its staff, as well as with the assistance of an adjunct faculty supervisor.

I write in order to keep you informed of our activities and our ongoing commitment to deepening engagement with CSUN’s student body.  I also write so that you might spread the good word.  We look forward to a robust pool of applicants.
