I hope everyone had an amazing weekend. Just a reminder that mandatory journalism major advisement is just around the corner. For all graduating Spring 2015 seniors, just a few more months to go! It is not mandatory for you to seek academic advisement, but you can still visit your advisers to make sure you're officially graduating after this semester. It is always recommended.
For students that are graduating Fall 2015 (as am I!), please made sure to get your graduation check done with your adviser ASAP in order to receive the application for graduation. The deadline to turn in your application is March 20, 2015. Please keep in mind that your grad-check is done with your adviser and takes two weeks to process through the Journalism Department.
Any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the department at 818-677-3135. Student assistants will not be able to answer any advisement questions, and will refer you to an adviser or to the department chair during their open office hours.
