Social Media Intern with The CSUN Office of community engagement
On -Campus internship

The Social Media Intern Position, open to an undergraduate or graduate student, will focus on making The Office of Community engagement's social media presence more robust ( web content, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter).This position will also allow the intern to gain experience in writing newsletters and other short-form media that promotes the engaged activities of faculty, staff and students across the CSUN campus. Candidates must have strong writing skills; proficiency in MS Word desired. 100 hours required. Stipend awarded. Mentor Program Opportunity February 20-February 24

NPR Next Generation Radio Annenberg School at USC  Students at Cal State schools in greater Los Angeles and the University of Southern California, this one's for you. NPR’s Next Generation Radio is now accepting applications for our non-narrated audio and digital media storytelling project at the Annenberg School at USC March 13-17. Apply by midnight PST Wednesday February 23 https://nextgenradio.wufoo.com/forms/m1hrmmou0vnz2ee/ This program seeks to increase diversity in public media through hands-on training and mentorship. Students get to spend a week with their own professional mentor, working on NPR style audio stories, video, social media and web content. There is no cost to apply or be admitted into the program. (Students pay travel and food expenses though).
