PR/ Marketing Communications Internship WLAC Culver City, CA West Los Angeles College is looking for talented students that can assist them in creating social content, press releases, and brief feature stories and/ or video clips about alumni, students, our athletics teams, and academic programs at the college. Dow Jones News Fund  Princeton , New Jersey  Summer Internship  Deadline November 1st  College juniors, seniors and graduate students are invited to apply to the Dow Jones News Fund for paid summer 2018 internships in data journalism,digital media, business reporting and Multiplatform editing. The Fund's internship programs offer interns a week of advanced training at top universities. Interns also are taught the latest news-gathering, editing and storytelling technologies. The fund and sponsoring media cover travel costs to and from training and to newsrooms. Interns are responsible for their housing and transportation costs during the internship. STUDENT LEADERSHIP INTERNSHIP PROGRAM  The AS is introducing SLIP that will give students the opportunity to work closely across the Student Government.  Under the direction of the Chief of Staff, interns will: Get a firsthand look on how the AS Cabinet and Senate operate. Shadow members of the executive branch throughout the semester and collaborate on joint projects, Have the ability to work with current Student Senators on legislation while contributing valuable input regarding AS and university policy. Become knowledgeable on campus issues affecting themselves and their peers. Have the ability to attend meetings and network the university administration and personnel.
