This is not your standard photo internship. This internship is an opportunity to learn more about the world of photo editing. Their goal isn’t to make you into a photo editor; they view this internship as a chance for you to understand what it is like to be an editor and improve your visual literacy, which can help you become a better photographer.

The paid internship runs from September 11, 2017 to December 8, 2017. Applications are due Sunday, July 16, 2017 at 11:59pm eastern.

PR Account Coordinator / Administrative Assistant

Internship Description:
We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated assistant to Agency head/ account coordinator who is ready to start their career in PR. The position will include helping manage the agency principal’s schedule (meetings, travel, etc.) and will be responsible for helping the agency principal create presentations for potential clients. Additional responsibilities include playing a key support role for all the account teams by building media lists, online research, answering phones, creative program development, social media maintenance and MUCH more! Growth opportunity for the right candidate. You will grow with the company and move up quickly if you prove yourself.

Our approach to this position is very 'hands on:' you will play a key role in day-to-day PR activities and learn something new every day. 

Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate is someone who is resourceful, a self-starter, very organized, mature, determined to learn the inner workings of PR, someone who works smart and hard, has excellent research skills and motivated enough to go beyond expectations. Again, this is not just an admin/AC position, this is for someone who wants to begin a career in PR. If you have previous PR experience such as an internship at a PR agency, even better.
