Responsibilities
- Researching new media contacts and YouTube influencers for all brands
- Writing email pitches
- Brainstorming new pitch ideas for all brands
- Tracking all media clips
- Maintaining media databases and editorial calendars
Requirements/Qualifications
- Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or media-related major
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Must have a great work ethic and be resourceful
- Ability to handle working under tight deadlines and excellent accuracy
- Up-to-date on social media, blogger, and YouTube trends
- Experience with Microsoft Office; Strong computer skills are a must
This is a 3-month unpaid internship. The intern will work at the company's office in Van Nuys.
