The role will Include:
- Researching new media contacts and YouTube influencers for all brands
- Writing email pitches
- Brainstorming new pitch ideas for all brands
- Tracking all media clips
- Maintaining media databases and editorial calendars
Requirements:
- Public relations, journalism, communications or media-related major
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- must have a great work ethic and be resourceful
- ability to handle working under tight deadlines with excellent accuracy
- up-to-date on social media, blogger and YouTube trends
- experience with Microsoft office; strong computer skills are a must
This is a 3-month unpaid internship, but one that can transfer for school credit
